This is the original 3 piece trim set the OK&M vanishing shelf rear panel. They fit into underside of the rear panel. This vanishing shelf/cover inner panel trim is beautiful new chrome. It fits the 39" vintage O'Keefe & Merritt gas stove vanishing shelf/cover.
