This is a commercial grade finish, offers extremely easy clean-up - Looks beautiful with both porcelain enamel and chrome stove tops. Temperature gauge, frame and glass are not included. Please note, there is one small pinhead imperfection on the cooking surface, it is not a scratch, this is from the baking process that frequently occurs with the SilverStone coating of vintage used parts.
