Original 1940's-50's O'Keefe & Merritt Clock/Cooking Timer w/ NEW CHROME Base. This is a very unique piece of Vintage Americana - an very rare find in this wonderful condition. 

The clock portion WORKS :)

Wiring has been replaced with 16G high heat insulated, a new 16G appliance cord is included. This clock has been completely disassembled (not the clock/timer gears), cleaned, polished and re-assembled and the clock portion works and keeps time. The timer portion is more temperamental and made need a little TLC and attention - works sometimes. Please be certain you are OK with this detail prior to making your purchase. Just mount it on top of the stove backsplash and plug in. 

The pictured original S&P shakers are included, they are in gorgeous condition, there are no chips, cracks or stains. The clock base plate is the original heavy cast style and has new chrome. The bakelight case is bright white and retains a brilliant shine. The clock/timer face is bright red and is in wonderful condition, the clock ring is shiny, the 3 white plastic knobs are in excellent shape and turn as intended. The glass crown on the clock face is in great shape, no chips or cracks.

This is a very rare and hard to find clock in this condition.
