 This is a re-conditioned aluminum OK&M stove top griddle - we have had it professionally polished. Professionally polished aluminum looks very much like new chrome. This aluminum griddle matches the more common steel, new chromed style found on the 40's-50's vintage O'Keefe & Merritt stoves. This is the only aluminum one of this style we have - it is EXTREMELY RARE.
