This is a used vintage stove carbon rod regulator. These were used on many of the 1920's antique stoves. At times we need to purchase a similar stove to one we are restoring for one or two parts we need to complete a restoration. This carbon rod regulator came from one of those stoves. We were told the oven worked when we purchased it. We recommend you have a certified professional or company with experience in this area install this part if you are not familiar with the process.
